We aim to respond to correspondence within a few working days. If you are writing about a specific article, including the article title or URL in your message helps us direct it to the right person.
If you are a chiropractor, physiotherapist, GP, or other health professional and would like to suggest a correction or contribute expertise to a topic we cover, we genuinely welcome the input. Evidence-informed content is strengthened by professional review, and we take corrections seriously.
We are not able to provide individual health advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific practitioners. If you are experiencing back pain or a spinal health concern, please consult a registered health professional.
